How we handle what you share.
Selling a business is a private matter. This notice explains what this website collects, who sees it, and how we treat sensitive information before an NDA is in place.

Who we are
Briscoe Capital is a Texas-based acquisition company founded by Dylan and Bradley Briscoe. If you have a question about this notice or about information you have shared with us, email dbriscoe@briscoe-capital.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. If you complete the form on our homepage, that means:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your relationship to the opportunity, such as owner, broker, lender, or investor
- A company name and website, if you choose to provide them
- Whatever you write in the description field
If you email us or book a call, we hold whatever you include in that message or booking.
Please don't send confidential information yet
Our intake form is a first introduction, not a data room. Please do not send financial statements, tax returns, customer lists, employee records, or any other sensitive material through it. We are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share those materials, and we would rather do that first.
If you send us confidential information before an NDA is in place, we will still treat it discreetly and will not share it outside the people described below.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to assess whether a business fits what we are looking for, and to continue a conversation you have started. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Inquiries go to Dylan and Bradley Briscoe. If a conversation progresses and an NDA is in place, we may share relevant information with the advisors working on that specific transaction, such as a lender, attorney, or accountant. We tell you before we do that.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf in order to run this site:
- Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses.
- Web3Forms delivers our contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Calendly handles call bookings, if you choose to book one.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run an analytics product on it. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case it becomes relevant again. If you would like us to delete what you have sent, ask us and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email dbriscoe@briscoe-capital.com and we will handle it directly. There is no form and no ticket queue.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no website or email system is perfectly secure. That is another reason to keep sensitive materials off the form until an NDA is signed.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
